On Friday, April 4, 2025, was the official Banana Cake Challenge in the Bachand lab. François had challenged Frédérique that he could make a better Banana cake than her…so a competition was launched. A total of 14 people had the chance to test the two competing cakes and vote for the tastier. Unfortunately for François, only two people voted for his cake…which apparently tasted chocolate too much and was not a real banana cake!! Congratulations Frédérique…you won this time!
