Our work on the human Drosha homolog in fission yeast, Pac1, was accepted for publication in Nucleic Acids Research. Congratulations to Carlo and Maxime for their contribution on this very interesting project.
New work from the Bachand lab shows that the nuclear poly(A)-binding protein PABPN1 stimulates coupling between polyadenylation and terminal intron splicing.
